GENERAL Frequently Asked Questions //

Question 1: What exactly does Rocket Creative Group do?

We're a full-service creative agency specializing in branding, web design and development, SEO, social media management, and consulting. We work with businesses that are serious about growth and want a strategic creative partner — not just a vendor who executes tasks and sends invoices.

Question 2: Who do you typically work with?

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit. Autem dolore, alias, numquam enim ab voluptate id quam harum ducimus cupiditate similique quisquam et deserunt, recusandae.

Question 3: Are you a local agency or do you work remotely?

We're based in San Diego, CA but we work with clients across the country. We're fully remote-capable — if you're serious about growth, your zip code doesn't matter.

Question 4: Do you work with any industry?

We're industry-agnostic. We've worked with service businesses, e-commerce brands, professional services, hospitality, health and wellness, real estate, and more. If you have a strong offer and a real audience, we can build the brand and marketing around it.

WORKing together Frequently Asked Questions //

Question 1: How do I get started?

Book a free discovery call. We'll spend 30–45 minutes getting to know your business, your goals, and what's standing in the way. If we're a good fit, we'll put together a proposal. If we're not, we'll tell you that too — and point you in the right direction.

Question 2: What does the onboarding process look like?

Once you sign on, we kick off with a deep-dive discovery session to get everything we need — brand assets, access, goals, audience details, and anything else relevant to your project. From there, we build your strategy and get to work. Most clients are fully onboarded within the first week.

Question 3: Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. You'll always know who you're talking to and how to reach them. No getting passed around, no talking to a different person every time. We believe in real relationships, not revolving doors.

Question 4: How involved do I need to be?

As involved as you want to be — with a minimum. We need your input, your feedback, and your approvals at key stages. We're not a set-it-and-forget-it operation. The best results come from a real partnership, and that requires some of your time. We'll always be clear about what we need and when we need it.

Question 5: Do you require long-term contracts?

For project-based work like branding and web design, we work on a project basis with clearly defined scope and deliverables. For ongoing services like SEO and social media management, we work on a monthly retainer with a minimum 3-month commitment — because results take time, and we're not interested in relationships that don't give us enough runway to actually deliver.

Pricing and investment Frequently Asked Questions //

Question 1: How much does it cost to work with you?

It depends on what you need. Our branding packages start at $7,500. Web design and development starts at $8,500. SEO and social media management are monthly retainers starting at $2,500/mo and $3,500/mo respectively. We also offer bundled packages that combine multiple services at a better rate. The best way to get an accurate number is to book a discovery call — we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing.

Question 2: Why don't you have set pricing on every service?

Because every business is different. A solopreneur launching their first brand has different needs than a $5M company going through a full rebrand. We scope every engagement to what you actually need — not a generic package that over-delivers in some areas and misses the mark in others.

Question 3: Do you require a deposit?

Yes. For project-based work we require 50% upfront to begin and 50% upon completion. For retainer services, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We don't begin work until the initial payment is received.

Question 4: Is this a worthwhile investment for a small business?

If you're serious about growth, yes. The businesses that treat creative and marketing as an expense tend to stay small. The ones that treat it as an investment tend to scale. That said, we're not the right fit for every budget — which is exactly why we have that discovery call first.
